The New England Healthcare Exchange Network (NEHEN) provides access to administrative and clinical health information for payers and providers. You can view Health Plans member eligibility by connecting to NEHEN.
NEHEN is a collaboration of Tufts Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, BMC HealthNet Plan and Neighborhood Health Plan. NEHEN provides secure and efficient administrative transaction processing to providers and payers.
NEHENNet
NEHENNet is a low-cost alternative to NEHEN for small practices and billing agencies. You can view Health Plans member eligibility by connecting to NEHENNet.
